We are looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Support Manager / Service Manager to lead our day-to-day operations in Wagga Wagga. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, strong team performance, and full compliance with NDIS standards.

About The Role

n

We are looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Support Manager / Service Manager to lead our day-to-day operations in Wagga Wagga. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, strong team performance, and full compliance with NDIS standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage daily operations and service delivery
n
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of support workers
n
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for participants
n
- Coordinate services in line with participant plans and funding
n
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
n




- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Commission
n
- Oversee incident management, reporting, and risk processes
n
- Drive continuous improvement and service quality
n
- Work collaboratively with Support Coordinators and allied health professionals
n

n

About You

n

n
- Experience in the NDIS or disability services sector
n
- Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines, compliance, and pricing
n
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
- Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, or similar (preferred)
n
- Current Driver's License, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and WWCC
n
