Commercial Property - Facilities Co-Ordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a growing PM division, supporting the management of a diverse portfolio, predominantly industrial assets.

n

Working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day facilities management function, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and operate efficiently for both landlords and tenants.

n

You will also be part of a broader, high-performing team of sales and leasing professionals, contributing to a collaborative and energetic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all repairs and maintenance across the portfolio, including coordinating trades, obtaining quotes and issuing work orders
n
- Conduct regular property inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and risk areas
n




- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs to ensure asset performance
n
- Manage contractor relationships, including compliance, insurances and service delivery standards
n
- Coordinate and monitor essential services compliance (fire, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
n
- Assist with capital works projects, including planning, budgeting and delivery
n
- Ensure all properties are maintained in line with legislative and safety requirements
n
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
n
- Maintain accurate records within the property management system (Cirrus8 or similar)
n
- Support the PM team in delivering a high level of service to all stakeholders
n
