Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the assessment, business case development and proof of concept for an enterprise-wide AI Agent Control Tower capability. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI governance, helping a large federated organisation establish the frameworks, controls and operating model required to support the rapid adoption of AI agents across multiple business divisions.

About the Role

n

As AI agents are deployed across the organisation, there is an increasing need to provide visibility, governance, monitoring and measurement of these capabilities once they're in production. You'll be responsible for leading a discovery and assessment program that will ultimately help determine how AI agents should be governed, managed and measured across the group.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the end-to-end scoping and assessment of an AI Agent Control Tower capability.
n
- Develop business cases, cost models and benefits frameworks to support executive decision-making.
n
- Evaluate Microsoft Agent365 and alternative platforms in an objective, solution agnostic manner.
n
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
n
- Define governance,



monitoring and reporting requirements for AI agents.
n
- Establish recommendations for future operating models, ownership structures and controls.
n
- Present findings, recommendations and investment cases to executive audiences.
n

Essential Experience

n

n
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technology platforms, programs or transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments.
n
- Robust business case development experience, including financial modelling, costed options and benefits realisation.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
n
- Experience assessing vendors, products and technology platforms.
n
- Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and competing priorities.
n

Desirable Experience

n

n
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and AI or agent-based technologies.
n
- Experience within retail, multi-brand or federated organisations.
n
- Establishing governance frameworks or standing up new enterprise capabilities.
n
- AI, automation, digital transformation or emerging technology initiatives.
