This established financial planning business has built a strong reputation through long-term client relationships, personalised advice and a genuinely holistic approach to wealth creation. With approximately 200 ongoing advice clients, including SMSF clients, they are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to become a key part of their close-knit team. The business is known for its collaborative culture, client-first philosophy and commitment to achieving positive financial outcomes for every client.

Working closely with two Advisers and a supportive administration team, you will take ownership of the paraplanning function and play a critical role in delivering high-quality advice efficiently and accurately.

The Opportunity

n

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on annual review work and ongoing client service.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Tracking ongoing client reviews
n
- Preparing annual ROAs and SOAs where required
n
- Producing WealthSolver, Risk Researcher and modelling comparisons
n
- Preparing paraplanning requests and advice documentation
n




- Managing implementation paperworkSupporting SMSF and wealth management clients
n
- Assisting with overflow administrative tasks when required
n

About You

n

n
- Previous paraplanning experience within financial planning
n
- Strong knowledge of ROAs and SOAs
n
- Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills
n
- Understanding of superannuation, investments and personal insurance advice
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
- A collaborative, client-focused approach
