We're looking for an experienced TechOne CES Functional Specialist to join a local government environment based at Bunjil Place, Narre Warren VIC 3805.

Rate: Up to $81.61 per hour + Super

n

Contract: Until the end of 2026

n

This role is ideal for an experienced TechnologyOne Functional Specialist with strong hands-on capability across the TechnologyOne CiA Corporate Enterprise Suite (CES) and experience supporting business-critical applications across Finance, Asset Management and Procurement.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Configure, maintain and optimise TechnologyOne CiA CES modules
n
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
n
- Provide specialist technical and functional advice across TechnologyOne solutions
n
- Support application integrations, including ERP and ETL integrations
n
- Work with business stakeholders, Module Owners, vendors and project teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
n
- Lead continuous improvement across system performance, reliability and user experience
n
- Support user roles, profiles, permissions and security requirements
n
- Assist with UAT, defect triage, cutover, go-live readiness and post-implementation support
n
- Develop training materials,



user guides and knowledge-base documentation
n
- Support application change and release activities in line with organisational processes
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience with TechnologyOne CES / CiA
n
- Experience with Business Process Automation (BPA), Crystal Reports, ETL processes and XLOne reporting
n
- Strong application configuration, integration and support experience
n
- Experience maintaining business-critical enterprise applications
n
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint and Office 365
n
- Knowledge of APIs, Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus
n
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
n
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Relevant IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering qualifications, or equivalent industry experience
n
