The Harvey Norman Bundall Bathroom's team is seeking a passionate and driven Manager/2IC. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives Outstanding Service, Always!

Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential - we value leadership, initiative, and a strong retail mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and gross profit targets
n
- Lead, train, and support staff in company policies and procedures
n
- Coordinate in-store promotions and merchandising
n
- Ensure all sales processes are completed thoroughly
n
- Maintain store security, keyholder coordination, and housekeeping standards
n




- Communicate with suppliers and manage faulty stock returns
n
- Act as a key point of contact for customers
n
- Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
n
- Represent the brand professionally and proactively manage expectations
n
- Maintain product knowledge and engage with customer needs
