Casual Hours We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Drivers to join our event operations team, working at the ICC or Syndey Show Ground.
n
About the RoleThis role is focused on forklift operations during event bump-in and bump-out. You will be working in fast-paced environments as part of a professional events crew. Dedicated spotters will be provided at all times to support safe forklift movements.

This is not a fulltime position, ideal for those seeking flexible work alongside other commitments. Your Responsibilities:
n

- Operating forklifts to move staging, equipment and event infrastructure
n
- Assisting with event bump-in and bump-out operations
n
- Working closely with spotters and event crew to ensure safe movements
n
- Adhering to tight event schedules and deadlines
n
- Following all WHS policies and site-specific safety procedures
n
n
To Be Successful in
n
n
- Current forklift licence (LF) – essential – 1+ Years experience
n
- Previous experience operating forklifts, ideally in events, warehousing or logistics
n
nn
- Robust safety awareness and ability to work in busy environments
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to take direction
n
- Physically fit and capable of assisting with manual tasks when required
n

- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
n
- Own PPE (steel cap boots, high-vis)
n
