- Identify, cultivate, and secure current enterprise business opportunities for V2 AI's Data & AI consulting services
n
- Deepen relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their evolving needs and positioning V2 AI for future engagements
n
- Pursue commercially sound projects and agreements aligned with customer business outcomes
n
- Maintain strategic oversight of delivery within accounts, ensuring projects stay on track and clients remain engaged
n
- Remove delivery roadblocks, mitigate risks, and support consultants' long-term success
n
- Provide guidance and foster an environment where talent thrives
n
- Lead proposals, presentations, and statements of work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
n
- Build an inclusive environment that removes barriers to innovation and collaboration
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience leading and generating $3M+ multi-workstream data transformation engagements within large enterprises
n
- Consulting sales experience and strong executive relationships within Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Energy & Utilities
n
- Strong industry pedigree within the aforementioned verticals
n
- Solid understanding of Data & AI, cloud platforms, and application modernisation
n
- Ability to align technology solutions with customers' business objectives and outcomes
n
- Experience identifying, qualifying, and pursuing enterprise opportunities
n
- Proven experience working with technology partners such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake
n
- Expertise in leading delivery and change management, including technology adoption, organisational transformation, and cultural change




n
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation
n
- Understanding of operational challenges and regulatory requirements
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners
n
- Ability to lead compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work
n
- Ability to build an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives
n
