Main Duties:

n

- Deliver safe, person-centered clinical care to residents.
n




- Complete clinical assessments, care planning and ongoing reviews.
n
- Monitor resident outcomes and respond to changing clinical needs.
n
- Lead, guide and support care staff across each shift.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care.
n
- Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
n
- Promote strong clinical governance, safety and continuous improvement.
n

n

Essentials:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- New graduates and experienced Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Current CPR certification.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
n
- Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.
n
