Synergie Australia is seeking a Vendor Engagement Lead for a contract opportunity based in Melbourne CBD.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, driving vendor performance, supplier engagement and operational excellence across a complex project environment. You will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance outcomes and ensuring service delivery standards are achieved.

What you will be required to do:

n

You will be responsible for managing key vendor relationships and driving performance outcomes to support project success.

n

n
- Manage and measure vendor performance against agreed outcomes and service standards
n
- Drive project outcomes through effective vendor engagement and coordination
n
- Lead supplier meetings to review performance, issues and improvement opportunities
n
- Monitor vendor compliance and contractual obligations
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Analyse performance trends and provide reporting to leadership teams
n
- Support procurement, supply chain and financial activities aligned to project objectives
n




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across vendor networks and key accounts
n

n

To be successful in the role you will:

n

n
- Have experience in procurement, vendor management, contract management or supplier performance environments
n
- Bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
n
- Demonstrate experience managing vendor or supplier performance frameworks
n
- Have strong financial, reporting and data analysis capabilities
n
- Possess sound risk management and compliance knowledge
n
- Be highly organised with a focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement
n
- Have the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders
n

Highly regarded:

n

- Experience within procurement, facilities management or supplier management environments
n
- Experience managing operational performance and service delivery outcomes
n
- Exposure to large-scale contracts or outsourced service delivery models
n
- Experience within facilities management, property, construction or infrastructure sectors
n
