We're drafting a Line Chef who will be an all-star player. You will keep the game flowing, set up big plays, and make sure every move is clean, quick, and on target.

- Ensuring staff are allocated sections and secondary duties throughout their shifts, as well as managing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef.

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III/IV or Diploma in a commercial cookery field, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience
n
- Ability to handle the heat and keep cool during game time.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

- A team-first mentality with strong communication and energy
