Technical Business Analyst | Power BI | Data & Analytics | AI & Automation
n We are recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to support a portfolio of exciting data, analytics, automation and AI initiatives
n Working closely with business stakeholders, regional technology teams and external vendors, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into practical technology solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery across reporting, analytics and automation projects.

What you will be doing-

n

n
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
n
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions across multiple business functions.
n
- Map current and future-state business processes.
n
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process documentation.
n
- Work closely with regional IT teams, delivery partners and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Review and validate Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
n
- Support initiatives across data platforms, reporting, automation and AI.
n
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and solution validation.
n
- Assist with change management activities, including user communications, training materials and adoption support.




n
- Ensure vendor-delivered solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with business expectations.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst.
n
- Experience delivering data, reporting or analytics projects.
n
- Solid Power BI and SQL knowledge with the ability to review, validate and support reporting solutions.
n
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
n
- Experience creating user stories, process maps and test scenarios.
n
- Exposure to UAT planning, execution and defect management.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
n
