StretchLab is looking for personal trainers, massage therapists, and Yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a recent modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, with a range of offerings built to empower clients to 'Live Long.' We've gathered a team of experts already certified across physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, remedial massage, and more. Our proprietary Flexologist Training ProgramTM ensures every client receives a world-class stretching session delivered by the finest team of stretching professionals in the industry.

Our Flexologists provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

n

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
n
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
n
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
n
- Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
n
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
n




- Handle member concerns when applicable
n
- Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
n
- Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention
n
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
n

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

n

n
- Love of a boutique fitness environment is a must — passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
n
- Preferred background:
n
- Massage Therapist
n
- Personal Trainer
n
- Physical Therapist
n
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
n
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training with clients
n
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
n
- Fantastic communication skills that exude empathy
n
- A love of connecting with people and a passion for helping them achieve their goals
n
- A professional work ethic — reliable and adherent to attendance policies
n
- Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program: 20 hours of online tutorials plus 3 days of in-person, hands-on training
