Your Responsibility
n
As a Registered Nurse at Frederic House (aged care facility) you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex health and social needs.
n
This role is primarily focused on active night duty, working 9:00pm to 7:00am, with some flexibility to pick up other shifts depending on service needs and your availability.
n
You will use your clinical expertise, empathy and sound judgement to support residents to maintain their health, manage complex needs and connect with appropriate care and community supports.
n
Profile description:
n
You Will Need
n
n
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- Strong clinical knowledge, including aged care and complex health conditions
n
- Understanding of mental health, substance dependence and homelessness
n
- Clear and confident communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty, as well as part of a team
n
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
n
- Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
n
- Confidence using clinical systems and digital tools
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Module Certificate
n
n
