Casual Relief Concierge - Weekday Availability Preferred

Sydney Building Management & Projects (SBMP) is looking for professional and reliable Casual Relief Concierges to provide coverage across our portfolio of residential buildings.

n

Locations: Various sites across Sydney

n

Availability: Monday to Friday preference + weekend shifts

n

Wages: In line with the Miscellaneous Award

n

About the Role

n

As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring residents and guests receive a professional and seamless experience. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as you will be assisting with front desk operations, security, and resident services.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
n
- Assist the Building Management team by supervising contractors, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
n
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain security, cleanliness, and presentation.
n
- Manage key distribution, visitor check-ins, parking, parcel deliveries, and other front desk operations.
n
- Build strong relationships with residents and ensure inquiries are handled efficiently.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in hotel front office, residential concierge, or a similar high-customer-service role.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Polished, professional presentation.
n
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
n
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
n
- Flexibility and availability during weekdays, particularly Wednesday to Friday.
n

Requirements

- Full work rights in Australia.
n
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
n
- White Card (or willingness to obtain).
n
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
