Job Description

cohealth in Melbourne's Parkville Youth Justice Precinct is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead a nursing team, ensuring delivery of person-centred healthcare and 24/7 in office nursing coverage.

You will drive clinical governance, support allied health staff, coordinate professional development, monitor health outcomes, and implement quality improvements within a custodial setting. AHPRA-registered nurses with youth justice knowledge preferred.
