About the Role -

n

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school's landscape maintenance, ensuring the grounds are looking their best all year round.

n

You'll have the chance to:

n

n
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of your site
n
- Plan and organise daily works
n
- Maintain gardens, lawns, hedges, trees and landscaped areas to a high standard
n
- Build a strong relationship with the client and school community
n
- Identify opportunities to improve the presentation and health of the landscape
n
- Work closely with SureGreen management and other teams
n
- Help develop apprentices and less experienced team members
n
- Lead by example and create a positive, professional team environment
n

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and takes genuine pride in their work.

You'll ideally have:

n

- A horticulture, landscaping or related qualification
n
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance
n
- Experience leading or supervising a team
n
- Strong horticultural knowledge
n
- Good communication and organisational skills
n
- A professional approach and great attention to detail
n
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
n
- A current Australian Driver's License
n
