What you'll do

n

You'll provide high-quality counselling and therapy to couples, individuals and families with young people & children, to address the issues impacting their relationships. This can include general conflict, communication, domestic violence, mental health, addiction issues and child-protection. You'll use a Family Systems Framework in your counselling and provide information and referrals to improve the wellbeing of your clients.

- Permanent role

- 3 days per week

- Requires working one later shift a week and every second Saturday
n
- Based in Parramatta
n
- Approx $51 - $56.50 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to$15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings at https://www.salary.com.au/calculate-your-savings)

- Excellent professional development & regular clinical supervision

What you'll bring

n

n
- Experience working with couples and families using a robust Family Systems clinical framework isrequired
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or equivalent
n




- Post-grad qualifications or training in Counselling or Couple and Family Therapy
n
- Strong understanding of family dynamics, child protection, domestic violence, mental health, and addiction
n
- A calm, professional and compassionate approach when engaging with clients
n
