What does the job look like?

n

The Transport Supervisor is responsible for supporting safe, effective and cost-effective management of transport operations across our Kemps Creek site. You will oversee the day-to-day transport activity across Metro, Line-haul and regional operations and will be supporting an iconic brand so that Australian's can enjoy their favourite beverages. This is a permanent position, and hours will be Monday to Friday with start times from 4.30am. Key areas:

- Champion the existing strong safety culture by promoting compliance with transport regulations, company policies and protected work practices while supporting quality and operational standards.

- Manage and support a diverse workforce of company drivers and subcontractors, fostering a positive culture focused on customer service excellence.
n
- Monitor daily transport volumes and operational performance, ensuring resources are aligned to demand while maintaining service levels.
n
- Partner closely with the Site Transport Manager, Coordinators, Drivers and Operational Stakeholders to effectively communicate operational continuity and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Proactively manage transport scheduling,



making real-time adjustments to meet delivery windows and changing business requirements.

Are you the one?

- A strong safety mindset and commit to compliance, quality and operational standards, including CoR legislation.
n
- Strong experience within transport, logistics or distribution operations.
n
- Experience supporting day-today transport operations in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong operational coordination, problem-solving capability.
n
- Ability to support customer-focused transport operations.
n
- Confidence and experience working with drivers, subcontractors and dispatch teams to maintain service delivery.
