Workshop Quality & Compliance Officer (Volkswagen and Cupra)

We are looking for an experienced, technically minded Automotive Quality Controller to join our high-volume Service Department.

n

This is a key role ensuring workshop repairs, documentation and warranty claims meet Volkswagen factory standards before the vehicle leaves the workshop.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Quality checking completed servicing and repairs
n
- Auditing repair orders for accuracy and compliance
n
- Ensuring DISS reports and Guided Fault Finding are completed correctly
n
- Verifying manufacturer repair procedures have been followed
n
- Checking supporting documentation, photos and diagnostic records
n
- Identifying incomplete or non-compliant work before vehicle handover
n




- Helping protect the dealership from repeat repairs and warranty rejections
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Qualified automotive technician or robust technical dealership background
n
- Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Confidence to challenge work that doesn't meet the required standard
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n

n

Volkswagen experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right candidate.

n

This is an important role in a busy, high-performing dealership where quality, compliance and getting the job right the first time matter.
