Pristine Tree People is seeking anexperienced and confident climbing Arborist to join our growing team in the Southern Highlands.

We're a close knit arboriculture business with a strong reputation for delivering protected, professional and high-quality tree services. Our work takes us across the Southern Highlands and surrounding regions, delivering a diverse range of residential, commercial and larger-scale arboricultural projects.

With a strong and consistent pipeline of work, we're looking for an experienced climber who is technically capable, safety-focused and confident undertaking everything from pruning and general climbing work through to complex dismantles, rigging and large tree removals.

About You

n

You at a minimum have:

n

n
- Chainsaw & Chipper Ticket
n
- A motivated attitude and ability to work independently and within a team
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

We're specifically looking for an experienced climbing arborist with demonstrated professional climbing capability.

n

Ideally, you'll bring:

n

n
- 4+ years professional arboriculture and climbing experience
n
- Demonstrated experience undertaking pruning, dismantles and tree removals
n
- Experience with technical and complex tree removals including strong aerial rigging and lowering skills
n
- Relevant arboriculture qualifications (Level 3 cert qualified) and demonstrated equivalent industry experience
n
- Strong understanding of arboricultural safety practices and working safely at height
n




- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate team, providing clear direction and supporting team members to work safely and efficiently
n
- Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of a job from start to finish
n
- Ability to lead a job site, including planning works, allocating tasks, coordinating crew and equipment, identifying and managing site hazards, and ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
n
- MR or HR licence highly regarded, or willingness to obtain
n
- EWP ticket highly regarded
n
- Current First Aid
n
- Working With Children Check and Police Check, or willingness and ability to obtain
n
- Flexibility to undertake occasional overtime when required
n
