Remuneration: $67612 - $97730 + Super

What You’ll Be Doing

This position will work within the Sustaining NSW Families (SNF) Plus team and be responsible for providing holistic and culturally sensitive care.

The Aboriginal Health Worker/Practitioner promotes the value(s) of the SNF Plus program across their local cultural networks, supporting staff in relation to best practice in culturally competent health care, increasing the delivery of culturally safe and responsive care.
