We are establishing a sterile compounding operation at Priceline Pharmacy Chatswood, preparing treatments for patients referred by clinical teams across anti-ageing, performance, and regenerative medicine.

We are looking for an accredited Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to take ownership of this operation end-to-end. You will complete any further establishment work required and manage and grow it as volume scales.

This is a management role from day one. It will suit a pharmacist who wants to own the space as though it were their own, is comfortable working to deadlines, and wants to build a team around them and take on opportunities for growth.

Sterile Compounding Pharmacist – Manager (Permanent Full-Time)

n

The immediate priority: establishment and go-live

n

n
- Ensure a complete sterile compounding SOP suite across every product platform (sterile injections, nasal sprays, creams and topicals, capsules, troches, oral liquids and powders)
n
- Ensure qualified raw material supply chain across both channels, domestic and international suppliers, including TGA/GMP evidence, import requirements and COA verification
n
- Ensure the Quality Management System is up-to-date to reflect supplier channels: approved supplier list, supplier approval procedure, change control, and document register
n
- Cleanroom setup, equipment qualification, validation and calibration
n
- Set / review BUD and stability parameters, and ensure a defined the raw material testing regime
n
- Drive the operation to go-live on schedule
n

Ongoing: run, manage and grow the operation

n

n
- Prepare sterile compounded products in line with prescriptions issued by referring doctors
n
- Ensure full compliance with TGA, PSA, and Pharmacy Board of Australia standards, including PSA Professional Practice Standards for compounding and relevant USP standards where applicable (e.g. USP <797>)
n
- Maintain aseptic technique, cleanroom protocols,



batch documentation, and quality control records
n
- Liaise daily with the telehealth clinical team to coordinate prescriptions, clarify clinical queries, and manage order flow
n
- Own inventory, ingredient sourcing, supplier relationships, equipment maintenance and calibration
n
- Manage dispatch and fulfilment workflows so patients receive products accurately and on time
n
- Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, risk management processes, and quality systems
n
- Provide clinical input and support to referring prescribers as required

About you

n

n
- Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA
n
- Accreditation and demonstrated experience in sterile compounding (essential)
n
- Experience establishing, commissioning or scaling a sterile compounding operation (highly regarded)
n
- Strong working knowledge of TGA requirements, PSA standards, and aseptic compounding practice
n
- Comfortable owning a deadline and driving a build to completion with limited supervision
n
- Leadership capability and the appetite to build and manage a team, not just a bench
n
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable liaising with prescribers, telehealth teams, and patients
n
- Strong documentation and QA discipline

- $75/hour + superannuation - management rate, from commencement and ongoing
n
- Permanent full-time role (38 hours/week), plus standard employee entitlements - happy to discuss part-time (Monday to Thursday) then transition to full time
