Team Leader Registered Nurse (Grade 3)- Elizabeth Gardens

Royal Freemasons Elizabeth Gardens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader who is committed to delivering exceptional care and leading by example.

As a valued member of the nursing leadership team, you will play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life of our residents through compassionate, person-centred care and strong clinical leadership.

n

We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about aged care, committed to clinical excellence, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for residents while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

The part-time position will work the following roster:

n

Week 1

n

n
- Thursday: 7-3:15 pm
n
- Friday: 7-3:15 pm
n

n

Week 2

n

n
- Thursday: 7-3:15 pm
n
- Friday: 7-3:15 pm
n

n

Your Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and support the clinical and care team to deliver protected, high-quality, person-centred care.
n
- Coordinate care delivery, clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-ACC documentation.
n
- Administer medications and oversee wound management in line with best practice standards.
n
- Collaborate with residents, families, medical practitioners,



and allied health professionals to achieve positive care outcomes.
n
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
n
- Support quality improvement initiatives and effective resource management. Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication.
n

Who We are Looking for:

n

n
- Minimum 3 years Registered Nurse Experience
n
- Leadership experience preferably in an Aged Care Setting
n
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards
n
- Commitment to person-centered care
n
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and care planning skills
n

n
