Assistant Store Manager (2IC) – Bath & Body Works

As Assistant Store Manager (2IC), you'll work in partnership with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive the day-to-day performance of the store at Bath & Body Works Harbour Town.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and motivate the team to perform at their best
n
- Drive sales performance and achievement of store KPIs
n
- Create exceptional and memorable customer experiences
n
- Support stock, visual merchandising and daily store operations
n
- Maintain strong operational and brand standards
n
- Build a positive, engaging and high-performance team culture
n
- Take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is away
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or retail leader
n
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
n
- A track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
n
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume customer setting
n




- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Confidence making decisions and taking ownership
n
- A genuine passion for retail, customers and developing people
n
