Are you ready to play a pivotal role in overseeing varying aspects of investment operations and being involved in strategic projects? Join our dynamic team in Sydney as a Investment Operations Analyst. In this role, you'll act as a vital link between the Investment Strategy Group (ISG) and the Operations team, providing comprehensive support and identifying opportunities for improvement across our operations,

- Execute new investment strategies and support all related processes, including subscriptions, capital raises, and corporate actions.
n
- Oversee portfolio reconciliation, ensure accurate capital event reflection, and manage performance models.
n
- Maintain investment databases, conduct data analysis, and assist with management reports.
n
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
n
- Provide support for client and adviser inquiries, account setups, and other operational needs.

What you will bring...

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
n
- Between 1-3 years of experience in wealth, asset management or similar investment operations role (Desirable).
n
- Strong understanding of various investment products.
n
- Willingness to learn.
n
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other technology tools.
