We are seeking a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Opportunity

Working closely with our GPs and clinical team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care across a broad range of general practice services.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

- Immunisations and vaccinations
n




- Wound care and dressings
n
- Health assessments and care planning
n
- Chronic disease management
n
- Assisting with procedures
n
- Patient education and follow-up care
n
- Recalls and results management
n

n

About You

n

n
- Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
- Previous Australian General Practice experience preferred
n
- Experience with immunisations, wound care and health assessments
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Reliable, organised and patient-focused
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
