Casual youth support shifts across programs, events, school-based activities, and community engagement. Providing one-on-one and group support to young people, assisting with cultural programs, workshops, and outreach. Maintaining clear communication, safety, and professional boundaries while working within Kija's cultural values and trauma-informed practice.

- Providing one-on-one and group support to young people

- Assisting with cultural programs, workshops, and outreach

- Maintaining clear communication, safety, and qualified boundaries
n
- Working within Kija's cultural values and trauma-informed practice

About you

- Experience working with young people (formal or informal)
n




- Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures
n
- Ability to build rapport, stay calm, and work respectfully
n
- Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication
n
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
n
- Driver's licence preferred
