You'll initially work across our field services and support functions, gaining valuable hands‐on experience across all aspects of property management. For the right person, this is a genuine growth role with the opportunity to progress into managing your own portfolio.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Property Maintenance & Management
n
n
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of properties
n
- Coordinate property exits and entries, ensuring all procedures are followed
n
- Liaise with Property Managers to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
n
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company policies
n
- Assist in addressing maintenance issues and tenant inquiries promptly
n
- Utilising modern property technology, including 360-degree cameras and digital inspection software
n
n
Administrative & Compliance Support
n
n
- Assist with managing property-related paperwork and ensure compliance
n
- Help maintain accurate records and databases related to property management
n
n
About you
n
n
- We're looking for someone who:
n
- Ideally has 6+ months in the industry or in a similar role
n
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
n
- A proactive, team‐focused mindset with a passion for real estate
n
- Has a genuine interest in developing a long‐term career in Property Management
n
- Is confident communicating with clients and tenants
n
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
n
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
n
- Holds a current driver's licence
n
