The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute is seeking an Operations Officer (Bundoora) to support day-to-day running of the Bundoora site. You will work within the Services & Infrastructure Department to coordinate facilities, reception, warehouse and contractor activities.

Reporting through the Facilities & Operations team, you will assist with procurement, records management and reporting for the Institute's satellite sites, ensuring protected, compliant and responsive services for staff and researchers.
