We are seeking an AI Product Manager to identify, develop and implement high-value AI solutions across the business. This is a hands‐on role combining AI product management, workflow redesign, business transformation and change.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases.
n
- Redesign workflows using AI, agents and copilots.
n
- Translate business needs into AI product requirements and delivery roadmaps.
n
- Support implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
n
- Partner with business, technology, data, risk and governance teams.
n
- Drive AI adoption, training and workforce upskilling.
n
- Measure productivity,



usage and business value.

About You:

n

n
- Experience in AI product management, digital transformation, consulting or process improvement.
n
- Proven experience implementing an AI product, AI-enabled workflow or enterprise AI solution.
n
- Solid workflow/process redesign and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Hands‐on, commercially minded and comfortable taking initiatives from strategy through to execution.
n
- An AI-native user who actively applies AI to improve their own work and can coach others.
n
