Job Description

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse for the South of the county to join the Assertive Outreach Team, delivering intensive community-based mental health care within a MDT framework and supporting service development.

Applicants should be NMC registered with experience in community mental health. Travel across Cambridgeshire with a full UK driving licence is required to meet county-wide duties.
