About the role:

n

- Advise landlords and tenants on property transaction and commercial leasing matters.
n
- Assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A; transactions.
n




- Working on matters involving property investment, development and finance.
n
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of property and commercial agreements.
n
- Managing matters independently while working closely with Partners and other lawyers.
n

n

The ideal candidate:

n

n
- Have 3-5 years PQE, with solid experience across property transactions and commercial leasing.
n
- Excellent drafting, communication and attention to detail.
n
- Commercially minded, enthusiastic and comfortable managing matters independently.
n
- Interested in developing long-term client relationships and building a profile within the industry.
n
