Create is a quick-growing civil earthworks and piping construction company located in Queensland's Bowen Basin. We deliver bulk and detailed earthworks projects at BMA sites, with a 3-year contract secured at Caval Ridge, ongoing works at Saraji and Peak Downs, and a growing pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role

n

These are our senior operating positions. Candidates must be capable of using Trimble Earthworks (or equivalent) and be highly skilled in trimming to complex design surfaces (5mm on-screen tolerances) using one or more of the following machines:

- 24T – 36T Excavators
n
- 150 Graders
n
- Dozers (VPAT and standard)
n

n

Note Create operate a Trimble Earthworks fleet,



so the candidate must be able to operate this system or be comfortable transitioning to this system.

Requirements

n

n
- Recent civil construction experience on large infrastructure projects. Bonus experience on BMA or similar tier one coal mining sites.
n
- Demonstrated final trim experience with Trimble Earthworks (or equivalent GPS machine control)
n
- Be either driving distance to Moranbah or to Brisbane/Cairns airport
n
- Current QLD Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and BMA Core Inductions highly preferred — or willing to obtain (we can arrange)
n
- Australian Driver's Licence, with relevant RII qualifications preferred — or we'll support you to obtain them
n

What's on Offer

- $65 – $72.50 per hour flat rate on all hours + super (casual) — where you land in the range comes down to your skills, tickets and machine capability
n
- Our operators typically start casual, with permanent positions offered to those who show the right skills and fit with our crew
n
- 7/7 roster, dayshift only — 12-hour days
n
- FIFO with flights provided (Brisbane or Cairns) or DIDO
n
- Camp accommodation, meals, uniforms and PPE all provided
n
