We are seeking casual Farm Hands to help manage one of four modern Chicken Farms in Elbow Valley (Warwick, Queensland).

We do have short term accommodation on-site for singles in a Donga style arrangement (own room with bathroom and air conditioning) at $80.00 p/w or until you find something more suitable.

The Role
n

- Assist with feeding and watering livestock
n
- Perform cleaning tasks, shed maintenance and waste disposal
n
- Support bird delivery, pick up and clean out processes.
n
- Monitor livestock welfare and report.
n
- Follow strict biosecurity procedures
n
- Be available to work every second weekend
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Experience in a poultry farm would be beneficial.
n
- Longer term employment preferred.
n
- Basic understanding of animal handling and farm operations
n
- Willingness to work flexible hours including every second weekend
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on farm work
n
- Experience with farm machinery operations is beneficial
n
- A passion for sustainable agriculture and innovation.
n
- Ability to follow RSPCA and WHS protocols
n
