About the role:

n

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed individual to join our team based in Wetherill Park. The successful candidate will report to the Branch/Operations Manager and will be the point of contact for customers to gather information to service the customer efficiently, effectively and professionally.

n

Duties and responsibilities include:

n

n
- Processing orders
n
- Providing order status updates
n
- Sourcing pricing from suppliers
n
- Technical and general enquiries
n




- Understand and support customers through all stages in the manufacture of their products.
n
- Assistance to external sales and customer service team members
n

n

The successful candidate will possess:

n

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
n
- Ability to work in a team environment
n
- Highly proficient keyboard/ data entry skills
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- An ability to work in a quick-paced environment
n
- Sound computer skills and is familiar with MS Office
n
- An understanding of quality management systems
n
- Training and ongoing support
n
