About the role

n

n
- Applications from ANZCA Trainees are sought for the 2027 clinical year
n
- 12-month terms are preferred, but 6-month terms will be considered.
n
- Applications from trainees who have completedat leastIntroductory Training will be considered, with preference given to applicants who have completed the Primary Examination.
n
- Appointments are across Eastern Health, including Box Hill Hospital, Maroondah Hospital, Angliss Hospital and Blackburn Surgical Centre.
n
- Successful applicants will be required to do a rotating roster, which includes after-hours commitments.
n
- Exposure to all ANZCA SSU's except Cardiac and Neurosurgery
n

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Current registration with AHPRA
n
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
n
- A strong commitment to high-quality care

- The ability to work as partof a diverse team

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
