Experienced Property Manager - South-East Melbourne

A excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and professional real estate business.
n This is a task-based Property Management role, meaning you won't be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio. You'll work as part of a supportive team, focusing on specific areas of the property management process.

The Role

- Assist with a portfolio of approximately 160–170 properties
n
- Monday to Friday
n
- Every second Saturday for approximately 2–3 hours, with time off in lieu
n
- Work closely with the wider Property Management team
n
- Maintain strong communication with landlords, tenants and contractors
n

About You

n

- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
n
- Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
n
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
n
