Role Overview

Lead the full performance, growth and strategic direction of a major QLD operation within the construction and infrastructure sector. This senior role oversees financial results, operational excellence, safety, client relationships and leadership capability while contributing as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The position is accountable for delivering safe, profitable and scalable services aligned with long‐term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic planning, business performance and long‐term growth across QLD.
n
- Lead financial performance including revenue, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
n
- Oversee day‐to‐day operations, ensuring safe, productive and high‐quality service delivery.
n
- Champion safety, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
n
- Lead, coach and develop Operations,



Regional and functional leaders.
n
- Promote innovation, digital adoption and process improvement across all service lines.
n
- Contribute to organisational capability, leadership culture and succession planning.

Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience leading multi‐site or large‐scale operational teams in construction or infrastructure.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial performance.
n
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, organisational leadership and change management.
n
- Experience developing leaders, building capability and driving high‐performance cultures.
n
- Commitment to safety, compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
n
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and cross‐functional teams.
