What you'll be doing

n

n




- Managing a income protection and/or TPD portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
n
- Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
n
- Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements
n

n

They will love your background in

n

n
- Life insurance claims assessment experienceideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
n
- Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
n
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants
n

n

We are also open to personal injury claims consultants/case managers (workers comp, CTP, Accident & Health) ideally with an allied health background to transition across to life insurance.

We are also looking for senior claims consultants to join one of our clients in group insurance.
