LJ Hooker Property Collective is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established Property Management team in Beenleigh.
We're looking for someone who already understands the day-to-day demands of Property Management and can confidently manage landlord and tenant relationships, maintenance, inspections, compliance and the general management of a residential portfolio.
You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team with administrative and Property Management support around you.
What You'll Bring
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence - essential
- Experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Robust knowledge of Property Management processes and QLD tenancy requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Confidence handling maintenance, arrears, inspections and tenancy matters
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions
- A professional, proactive and team-focused approach
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
