A well-established womenswear fashion brand is seeking an experienced Fashion Manager to lead its Merrylands store. This is an exciting chance for a commercially driven fashion leader who loves styling, team development and creating a strong store culture.

The Opportunity

As the Fashion Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to achieve sales, service and operational targets. You'll be hands-on in driving results while creating an engaging environment where your team can perform at their best.

You'll have the opportunity to join a growing womenswear business where your leadership, commercial mindset and passion for fashion will have a direct impact on the success of the store.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday, including weekends.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing fashion retail team.
n
- Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs and targets.
n
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining strong service standards.
n
- Using your commercial understanding to identify opportunities and maximise store performance.
n
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
n
- Managing stock, rostering and day-to-day store operations.
n
- Building a positive and accountable team culture.
n
- Leading from the front and remaining hands-on across the sales floor.
n

What They're Looking For

- Previous fashion management experience is essential.
n
- A genuine passion for womenswear, styling and the broader fashion industry.

- Proven experience leading and developing a retail team.
n
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A confident, hands-on leadership style.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Salary & Benefits

- $65,000-$67,000 + super.
