An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedService Advisorto join our fast-paced Smeaton Grange branch, supporting an established and experienced service team.

n

About the Role

n

n
- Greeting and assisting customers, both in person and by phone, bringing vehicles in for service and maintenance
n
- Preparing service orders and scheduling repairs, coordinating with technicians and mechanics
n
- Advising customers on required parts and ensuring accurate, timely ordering
n
- Providing accurate cost estimates and handling billing and payments
n
- Keeping customers updated throughout the servicing and repair process
n
- Providing customers with detailed reports on work performed
n
- Maintaining accurate service records, warranties and service agreement documentation
n

Working Hours

n

Full time, Monday to Friday,



with rotating Saturdays.

Key Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive repair role
n
- Solid understanding of IVECO and FUSO vehicles, and general automotive repair processes
n
- Valid driver's licence and Australian work rights
n
- Manufacturer training from IVECO or FUSO (or both)
n
- Dealership experience or a robust customer satisfaction track record
n
