We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
n

- Plan and Implement Programs: Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
n
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain a secure, healthy, and compliant learning environment in accordance with Australian regulations and policies.
n
- Collaborate with Families and Colleagues: Build strong relationships with families to support each child's learning journey and work collaboratively with other educators to enhance program delivery.
n
- Observation and Documentation: Conduct regular observations, assessments, and documentation of children's progress to adapt learning experiences and communicate milestones.
n
- Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor junior educators, contributing to a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration and continual improvement.
n
n
Essential Qualifications and Skills
n
n
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, recognized by ACECQA (Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority).
n
- Certification: Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
n
- Clearances: Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
n
- Experience: Prior experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher, preferably within an Australian early learning setting.
n
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
n
- A strong commitment to creating inclusive and culturally diverse learning environments.
n
- Demonstrated ability to implement innovative learning techniques that inspire curiosity and growth.
n
- Flexibility and adaptability in working across different age groups as needed.
n
