This is not a role where you manage one part of a residential building business.

n

You will lead the entire Sherridon Homes Bendigo region.

n

As Regional General Manager, you will take ownership of the region's operational performance, construction delivery, customer experience, financial results and future growth.

n

You will be the senior and visible leader of Sherridon Homes in Bendigo, building strong relationships with our teams, customers, trades, suppliers, developers and the broader local community.

n

This is a significant opportunity for someone who knows the Bendigo market, understands residential construction and wants the autonomy to genuinely run a regional business.

The Role

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the Bendigo region
n
- Providing leadership across construction, operations and customer-facing teams
n
- Driving construction performance, including build times, quality, site activity, revenue and handovers
n
- Managing regional budgets, forecasting, costs, profitability and operational performance
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local trades, suppliers and industry partners
n
- Ensuring the region has the trade and supplier capacity required to support current and future build volumes
n
- Taking ownership of the customer experience and ensuring issues are addressed early and professionally
n
- Overseeing ETS performance and ensuring homes progress efficiently through construction
n




- Partnering with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to drive sales and sustainable growth
n
- Staying across local land developments, developer activity and emerging market opportunities
n
- Developing relationships with developers, land agents, councils and other local stakeholders
n
- Representing Sherridon Homes across the Bendigo business and broader community
n
- Building a high-performing, accountable and connected regional team
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and regional performance
n

About You

n

We are looking for an established regional leader who understands that solid results come from being visible, involved and connected to the people around the business.

n

You will ideally bring:

n

n
- Senior leadership experience within residential construction, property development or a related industry
n
- Strong knowledge of the Bendigo residential building market
n
- Established relationships within the local construction, development or business community
n
- Experience leading construction and operational teams
n
- Commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, margins and business performance
n
- A strong understanding of residential construction delivery
n




- The ability to build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, developers and internal teams
n
- A customer-focused approach and the confidence to step into difficult issues when required
n
- The ability to work closely with sales teams and convert market opportunities into growth
n
- A practical, hands-on and visible leadership style
n
- The confidence to make decisions, hold people accountable and take ownership of outcomes
n

You may currently be a Regional Manager, General Manager, Construction Manager or senior residential building leader ready to take ownership of a broader business.
