About the Role

Transport for NSW is seeking amotivated Road Workerto join the maintenance team based in Lithgow.
n
You'll be part of a close-knit crew delivering essential road maintenance and repair activities across the local network — helping to keep NSW roads secure and reliable.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Perform a range of routine and repetitive physical tasks using hand and power tools
n
- Support skilled trades and machinery operators in road construction and maintenance
n
- Undertake routine maintenance activities such as:
n
- Pavement and pothole repairs
n
- Guardrail, sign and guide post installation
n
- Rubbish collection and call-outs
n
- Traffic control duties
n
n
About You
n
You're hands-on, reliable and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team. You take pride in maintaining safe work practices and contributing to quality outcomes on every job.

Requirements

- White Card
n
- WOF (Workers on Foot)
n
- Current Car Licence (MR Licence desirable)
n
- Traffic Control Ticket (or willing to obtain)
n
- Police Check
n
