A flexible, long-term role for an experienced Office Manager — around 4–5 hours a day, designed to fit around your life.
n
SafeTstop is looking for an experienced Office Manager to become the operational backbone of our business — in a genuinely flexible, part‐time role of around 4–5 hours per day.
n
This isn't just another administration role. We're looking for someone who takes genuine ownership, enjoys improving systems, and thrives on keeping a business running smoothly — while enjoying hours that work around the rest of their life.
n
It's an ideal opportunity for an experienced office qualified who's looking for a rewarding role with better balance — perhaps someone who has stepped back from full time work and wants meaningful, part‐time hours that fit neatly around family and other commitments.
n
If you're highly organised, proactive, and take pride in making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
n
About the role:

Key responsibilities:

n
- HR responsibilities — onboarding, employee records, and supporting day-to-day people matters
n
- PA support to the business owners and management
n
- CRM data entry and maintaining accurate records, files and systems
n
- Handling calls,
emails and general enquiries
n
- Ad‐hoc support across the business as needed
n
n
Why you'll love this role:
n
n
- Genuinely flexible, part‐time hours that fit around family and life outside work
n
- School‐hours friendly — around 4–5 hours a day, ideally 10am–2pm
n
- Join an established Australian company with an excellent reputation
n
- Work directly with experienced business owners who value initiative
n
- Enjoy genuine autonomy and ownership in your role
n
- A stable, long‐term opportunity
n
n
About you:
n
You're someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys creating order from complexity. You don't wait to be asked — you anticipate what needs to be done and take action.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar senior administration role
n
- Experience across administration, accounts and HR
n
- Strong bookkeeping and accounts experience
n
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

n
- A genuine desire to build a long‐term role with our business
n
- Part‐time, approximately 4–5 hours per day
n
- Preferred hours 10am–2pm, though flexible for the right candidate
n
- School‐hours friendly — a great fit if you're balancing a fulfilling role with life outside work
n
- Office‐based at Smithfield
n
n
Excellent remuneration is available for the right candidate. We're looking for an exceptional long‐term team member and are prepared to reward experience, capability and the right attitude.
