Piermont Retreat is a boutique coastal destination on Tasmania's East Coast, home to unique accommodation, weddings, events and the historic Homestead Restaurant.

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

n

This is a casual position with regular hours available and the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time role for the right person.

n

The Role

n

You'll be part of our front-of-house team, helping deliver great food, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

n

Duties include:

n

- Greeting and looking after guests.
n
- Taking food and beverage orders.
n
- Serving meals and drinks.
n
- Assisting with restaurant setup and pack down.
n
- Supporting weddings, events and special functions.
n
- Maintaining a clean and qualified work environment.
n

About You

n

n
- Friendly, positive and reliable.
n
- Enjoy working with people.
n




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
n
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
n
- Available to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
n
- Must possess valid Australian work rights.
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of front-of-house experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required
