This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who understands a wide range of general insurance products and can confidently manage clients across the full broking process.

BRM Insurance is looking for an experienced General Insurance Broker to join our rapidly growing business.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who understands a wide range of general insurance products and can confidently manage clients across the full broking process.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing renewals and remarketing policies
n
- Quoting and placing new business
n
- Providing general advice across a broad range of insurance products
n
- Liaising and negotiating with insurers and underwriting agencies
n
- Managing outstanding payments and debtors
n
- Assisting clients with claims
n
- Preparing policy documentation and endorsements
n
- Building solid, long-term client relationships
n
- Supporting the wider team when required
n

About You

n

To be successful,



you will ideally have:

n

n
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance qualifications
n
- Previous general insurance broking experience
n
- Strong knowledge across a broad range of insurance products
n
- Experience managing renewals, new business, claims and debtors
n
- Strong communication and client-service skills
n
- Good organisation and attention to detail
n
- The ability to work independently while remaining part of a close team
n
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow with the business
n
