Job Description

Role Summary

n

Lookingfor a developer/DevOps profile to build and expose APIs on. Focus is on solid,standards-compliant implementation rather than architectural leadership. Thescope of APIs to be exposed is generally defined; the candidate is expected toimplement to specification.

Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Design and implement APIs on the APIGee platform in line with Optus'sinternal API standards and TM Forum (TMF) standards.
n
- Supportproductization of deliverables
n
- Work within APIstandards defined (e.g. TMF Open APIs, CAMARA), implementing to agreedspecifications rather than defining current architecture.
n
- Collaborate withthe broader platform teams (including the OpenShift migration workstream) asneeded.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Development experience with API design and implementation (REST/similar),including exposure to TM Forum (TMF) Open API standards and CAMARA
n
- DevOps/CI-CD familiarity to support build and deployment of API services.
n
- Working knowledge of platform environments such as Kubernetes/OpenShift isbeneficial
n
- Ability to work to defined API/architecture standards and specifications withmoderate guidance.
n
- Telecom/OSS domain exposure is a plus but not mandatory
